AEB-L Nakiri – S-Grind

This high-performance Nakiri features a razor-sharp 185 mm cutting edge with a 58 mm blade height, crafted from AEB-L stainless steel and heat-treated to a hardness of ~61 HRC for long-lasting edge retention. The pronounced S-Grind ensures reduced sticking and smooth food release, enhancing cutting efficiency.

The blade tapers from 3.7 mm at the spine down to 2.3 mm, balancing stiffness and agility.

Fitted with a takedown handle in ancient Bog Oak and titanium hardware, the construction allows for future disassembly and maintenance.
