The Windslicer – 200-Layer Double Hollow Slicer

This is The Windslicer.

An integral forged slicer with a 330mm cutting edge and a double hollow grind – clean, aggressive, and built for precision. Forged from 200 layers of wild-pattern Damascus, made in-house from 1.2510 (O2) and 15N20.

55mm heel height.

Spine tapers from 4.2mm at the bolster down to 1.7mm mid-blade and 0.8mm at the tip.

Weighs just 300 grams – long, fast, and perfectly balanced.

The handle is extra long, made from stabilized black birch – sleek, dark, and understated, with subtle figure in the light.

Designed to move through ingredients effortlessly. The grind, the balance, the line – everything on this one is dialed in.

Note:

This blade is made from high carbon steel. It will take a patina over time and needs a bit of care to avoid rust – keep it clean, dry, and occasionally oiled.
