This 200mm Nakiri has been forged from Apex Ultra core, pure nickel and wrought-iron. Its been hardened to over 65 Hardness Rockweel C and ground to a super thin edge with a very slightly convex finish and a spine of only 2,5mm at the bolster and 0.7mm at the tip. The handle has been made from stabilized truffel beech burl with a wrought-iron bolster. Due to the light blade and a brass dowel in the handle it comes down to 0mm point of balance and offers perfect control.
