Core steel is Apex Ultra, clad with pure nickel,  200 layers of Damascus and 80CrV2, all forged in-house.

220 mm cutting edge, 50 mm height

Tapered from 2.7 to 1.3 mm

186 g – light and well-balanced

Handle is stabilized hempwood with titanium hardware, built as a takedown for easy maintenance.

A dark, lightweight Gyuto with a fine tip and subtle damascus pattern.

This knife is ground thin for cutting performance. No bones, no twisting, no prying.

Please note: This is a carbon steel blade. It will develop a patina over time and can rust if not kept dry.
