A precisely controlled heat treatment brings the blades to around 63 HRC – easy to sharpen, with excellent edge retention.
At 240 mm cutting length and 60 mm height, these knives are generously sized and made for professional use.
The titanium bolster is milled and finished with glass bead blasting – sleek, durable, and lightweight.
Every knife is a unique piece of art and may vary slightly in thickness, shape, weight and appearance! Please note that the production knives won't be as thin as the more advanced pieces.
