This 200mm Nakiri has been forged from Apex Ultra core, pure nickel and wrought-iron. Its been hardened to over 65 Hsrdness Rockweel C and ground to a double S-Grind for perfect food release. The handle is been made from stabilized bog oak with a wrought-iron bolster.
